If you sign up as a tenant, you will receive pitches (offers) from property renters that think you are a fit for their property.

If you sign up as a property renter you will see a list of prospective tenants that are looking for places near you. You can then pitch to them (make them an offer) of your property. Once they accept, you can communicate with them.

Simply download the app and sign up either using your Google ID or manually enter your credentials.

The app is totally free for tenants to post. Property renters pay a subscription fee depending on how many properties they want to list.

Property renters can upload up to 10 photos of their property that the tenant can view when pitched.
